It doesn't belong with FEMA office workers hit by a hurricane along with millions of others along the East Coast, a hurricane with unprecedented tidal surges that has left thousands without heat, electricity, phones, and homes. It's a philosophical difference of opinion as to what is the most expedient and fairest means of dealing with disasters.
