It's support was not cut out from under it. This is observable due to the twist, or rotation as an initial move. Just put a mark on your screen at the corners and you will see the shift to the east before it starts down. That means the lower support folded or buckled. If they were cut out, the top corners would drop straight down. It is confirmed by the eastern portion of the building falling to the north, the western portion falling south, and the north face lying diagonal across the pile. I'd say that's a pretty big miss for you, but a shameful miss for AE. Architects and engineers? Try fraud. Why would Richard Gage neglect to point out this fact?
