Comment: Most people that identify as Tea Partiers
Most people that identify as Tea Partiers
are not Neoconservatives. Plus, it's impossible for a grassroots movement like the Tea Party to be a propaganda tool for any special interest group since it's not a centralized political party. The scattered presidential endorsements that local TP groups made during the Republican primaries proves this. Some local groups endorsed Ron Paul, others endorsed Bachmann, others endorsed Cain and Perry before they dropped, and a bunch jumped on the Santorum bandwagon after Iowa.
