intellectual property goes against property rights

Intellectual property comes down to telling people what they can do with their own property. If I own a CD, it is my right to put any pattern of 1s and 0s on that CD that I would like.
Any idea in my head is mine. Even if it was seeded by someone else. The crime would be if I replicate something you make and slap on a label to make people believe it was also coming from your distribution. That is called fraud.
Intellectual property laws only serve to create artificial monopolies that are a detriment to the free market.
