Actually, this is a bump. I think that it is pretty important when censorship starts taking place at the local level. This allows the suppression of free speech locally instead of at the federal level. A unnamed group of citizens supposedly brought this before this board. Maybe something similar happened in Fort Atkinson. But where is this coming from? Wisconsin already has a law requiring school districts to have bullying policies in place and their are existing libel laws. This is redundant. Should we expect such laws to be instituted nationally at the local level? Such laws would be so useful to repress dissent.
