b/p meds and statins altogether and I'm virtually pain free from joints, etc..never felt like this since my college years. My primary MD was so surprised and she finally stopped lecturing me of eating right for so many months/per 3 month visits.
So how come I'm eating more meat and yet my LDL & Triglyceride levels are at the lowest it has been..can you explain to me that?!
Now, I'm just off by 2lbs to attain my target BMI, all thanks to Paleo..and I am testament to that.
