Oh,
but are there really over 675,000 digital signatures? I perused over 5000 signatures on a PA petition--not only were there a few repeats, but there were signatures from out-of-state. Out of the 12,300+ signatures on that particular petition, I'd estimate a good 25% or more were from out-of-state! Are out-of-staters signing more than one petition? Would this not negate the 25,000 signatures needed per petition? (not that I am giving any credence to this alleged secession movement)
To answer your question, I don't know what it means, but I don't think it's really about 'secession', however.
