The gap narrows between Yes and No votes.

Votes remaining to be counted are still more than 3 times the margin of difference AND the margin of difference keeps getting narrower. It's not narrowing as fast as I hoped. Regardless, the fact that it keeps narrowing AND large number of votes still remain uncounted is encouraging. Will keep tracking this till its closure.
