Come to the more rural outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia!

We need more liberty minded folks here. Georgia is a big state with a lot of good folks who need more fair minded representation.

Georgia would be a refreshing change for you without being complete culture shock.

Southeast of Atlanta, Conyers or Covington and surrounding areas is a nice place to raise a family and the price of homes right now with all of the foreclosures is pretty good. You can definitely find a place here to grow your own food, milk your own cow(s) or goats, have chickens, etc. if that is anything you might be interested in. It's an eclectic blend of city and country that saw a lot of growth during the last housing bubble but has tapered off now.

We have enough cold weather during the winter to enjoy a cozy fire, but not so much that you'll ever need to shovel snow. Summers can be hot and no shortage of swimming pools. Spring and fall are gorgeous and my only serious complaint are the mosquitos. But folks survive and make good use of their screen porches. Ticks do live here but are not anywhere near the problem they seem to be in other places especially if you avoid the woods/brush and just check you and your children after a good outdoor romp.

There's a lot more I could say if I weren't so tired right now.

I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war. Ps 120:7
