It's interesting how that clause didn't apply when he was appointed to that position. The affair was going on before that. If Judge Napolitano is to be believed about the thoroughness of CIA background checks, Obama and others KNEW about it long before the appointment.
Are we to believe they just “missed” that one? The PRP, which is supposed to monitor that sort of thing for those with access to nuclear command and control mechanisms, missed it too? It took some eavesdropping on private communication to ferret out this tidbit?
They display bumbling ineptitude, and, in the same situation, praise themselves for a job well done.
