service and that the "Turks" you refer to are actually citizens of "Turkey" which is a country?

They are not the same.

I should tell you that in a few days, Americans will be gathering with family for Thanksgiving and EATING "turkey".

The "turkey" they will consume is ALSO different than both the "Young Turks" refered to by the OP AND different than the country "Turkey".

Just don't want it to throw you.
