Comment: It should already be obvious

It should already be obvious that there is a problem with drug laws when the State and Federal governments are claiming jurisdiction. Both cannot have jurisdiction on drug laws, its either the state or the Federal government and I don't see any power vested to the federal government in the Constitution in regards to drugs or any crops or anything else.
