...the government gives tax breaks to people who have kids because they want to encourage society to reproduce more taxpayers.

But they punish those who cannot or choose not to procreate.

They give tax breaks to those who buy property. But they end up punishing those who can't or don't buy property.

It's unfair and immoral for a central government to act this way and our founders did not advocate it.

So the criminals had to amend the Constitution in 1913 to allow for this theft.
