In post: Obama, without irony, says: "No country on Earth would tolerate missiles raining down on its citizens from outside its borders."

Careful speech

Notice how "careful" he is when he's talking, he didn't just say "raining down on them",
He deliberately said "from outside" their borders. He knows what he's saying and this therefore,
EXCLUDES DRONES, because drones usually operate from within the borders.
VERY CLEAVER, LIKE A FOX.
