The assholes are good at 'covering their asses'
They already illegally spy on all Americans, read our e-mail, facebook posts, bank accounts, paypal, google accounts, credit card purchases, store purchases, internet logs, and the list goes on and on. Then they always try to pass these 'laws' to cover their asses. The funny thing is, it is overkill, because no one ever finds them guilty of breaking the law to begin with! They are blessed by Congress, and every branch of Government to treat citizens as trash. Welcome to U.S.S.R. 2.0
