or are you really trying to keep the population low here in Wyoming? This is funny, as I am a New Hampshire native, who has transplanted here in Wyoming for quite a while now. Believe me, the weather here in Wyoming is much less severe than NH, and the mosquitos are almost nonexistant. And none of my vehicles would ever pass NH inspection.
