What county or are you looking at? I'm interested in Tennessee as well, looking for one with a Constitutional Sheriff and lower property taxes. Weighing it against Kentucky. Property taxes are lower in Kentucky, it is the home to Rand Paul, but is also the highest florinated. Tennessee has no income tax
