There are many atheists who oppose religious liberty (for instance, I heard one self-described atheist on this site say he supports making clergy ineligible for political office, essentially endorsing a religious test for office), as well as many self-described Christians who support absolute religious liberty.
Just to let you know, I was once an atheist who eventually opened my mind up and allowed myself to see that God exists. I oppose religious intolerance by anybody, including self-described atheists.
