Comment: More union spin

Typical union spin of the old socialist idea that everyone is equal and should get equal pay. The old one size fits all hype for salaries. My union friends were up in arms when the Ford Motor Company management got their bonuses. "Oh, no one deserves a multi-million dollar bonus," cried they. "It isn't fair. we only get $28.00 an hour and $53.00 worth of benefits. We should get some of that bonus money too."

I bought a Honda. It was made in Alabama. The workers at Honda have a salary benefit package of about $50.00 per hour, including wages, whereas the Big Three UAW package is closer to $80.00 per hour. Honda employs eight workers for every five of the UAW. More important to me, and why I boycott union goods, is not one dime of my money went to elect Obama. If the unions can donate that kind of money to Democrat's campaign coffers then they are overpaid.
