We Must Do Whatever It Takes To Stop Centralized Government

Tom, we should persue, do whatever it takes to reverse federal encroachments into our lives, including violating existing state laws..

Federal Thugs violated Montana State Law. The states originally formed the U.S. Federal government, not the other way around. The federal government has no right to do what they did to this man. There is no provision in the constitution to allow the feds to do such things.

I do remember Judge Andrew Napolitano say that President Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson believed that they could do anything as long as the constitution didn't specifically prohibit it.

The federal government few and enumerated powers. Violating state laws are not one of these rights. The progressive Theodore Roosevelt started a long and illegal presidence in this country. We must fight the feds whever they are wrong.

Marijuana laws are reserved to the states or the people, period!

Keep up the good work Tom! You are a huge part of what we need to be doing to restore liberty..

I gave this a big bump...+1
