Maybe law enforcment should practice using these same tasers on their new recruits in their academy in the way they used it on this innocent women. Maybe when they take down (kill) some of their own recruits first, they might see how fuckin dangerous these weapons are.
If they want to murder innocent victims, putting a 45 cal slug into a persons body is more effective. They stay killed.
