Regulation
I have worked within the Wetland Regulatory Framework and let me tell you, there you will find the most authoritarian, feeble minded people you will ever come across. This is how our rulers intend to destroy property rights. They already have to a large degree.
The question I have is: many of these programs are functions of the state (i.e. state DEP's or water districts) acting under federal mandate, how long will the states be able to afford this level of regulation?
