Have you polled his constituency?

Perhaps his constituency is not satisfied with the supreme court ruling that opened the door to the legal slaughter of 50 MILLION Humans. The court, in a split vote, said it could not determine when life began so they would leave it to science. Science has now determined that life begins at conception. Rand Paul’s legislation is only bringing the court in sync with science.

The declaration of Independence says “…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”

My question is why do you have a problem with protecting the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for the unborn if indeed they are created with the same equal rights that you enjoy?

IMO What Ron Paul is saying is that any life not worth protecting will soon be yours. The abortion issue is an issue because it is meant to be an issue because it is another slippery slope whereby life and individualism is snuffed out, thus the snuffing of Liberty.

I find it hypocritical that some “libertarians” do not understand the basic element of Liberty…Life and the pursuit thereof while doing no harm.

More power to you Dr. Rand Paul. Please protect life in all arenas.

By the way, Dr. Ron Paul sponsored federal Sanctity of Life Acts in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011. I think Rand is doing just find in that accord.
