I spoke with a very nice staffer at Senator Scott Brown's office this morning to express my desire that Senator Brown should be a co-sponsor of this amendment. The staffer was very helpful and will hopefully be passing my message along to the Senator.

For reference:
Senator Feinstein's amendment is S.AMDT.3018 to S.3254.
