The period of

chaos should not last long. When a currency collapses nothing in the real world breaks. The people don't change. The only problem is disorganization.

Thanks to Ron Paul and others many people have been preparing for what we must go through, including buying and holding gold/silver. That's a form of money that can be exchanged, and which means order can begin to be restored.

Of course I believe Bitcoin can help with this too, because it can be transacted in exact amounts (harder with precious metals) and online. The currency in Argentina collapsed in 2001, but I believe the Internet was still available or restored widely there pretty quick.
