This is a strange problem

The government has been obsessed with regulating interstate commerce under that clause, and after 9/11, you know airport security was basically nationalized. At that point, it becomes an argument of contention, that the airports may actually be a public space. Since they are being federally funded, they actually must comply with anti-discrimination laws on the books both in the workplace and outside of it. Since the federal government is present at the location (or at least agents thereof), the right to redress may also be infringed if they are kicked out by the property owner but the federal agents are not.
