in order to do something is asking for a privilege.
Just doing something without asking for permission is exercising a lawful right. (Granted what you're doing isn't harming anyone or infringing on their rights.)
If you're reading this: Enforcing the constitution is YOUR job - not the ones who take an oath to it. - If you took an oath - you have a DUTY to uphold it... it's unfortunate but a reality in mankind's nature to want to expand our sphere of influence and power.
IN VERY RARE CASES some have the emotional/intellectual control to govern themselves... the rest must be governed by someone else.
Self-government is about looking in the mirror. If you're not doing that on a daily basis (self-reflection) then you're part of the problem. If you think you know everything and don't make mistakes you are part of the problem.
If you think you are perfect - there is an infinitesimally small chance you are - but it's likely you're just an shmuck. So if you wanna roll the dice and keep thinking you're perfect that's up to you. Just while continuing to believe you "know-it-all" please stop complaining about the defects of character in others.
