I agree with the premise - those who will come forward, speak truth and ask forgiveness are to be forgiven. That is not the same as to trust them, but forgive them. But there needs to be a "day of reckoning" and beyond that day, their lives are forfeit if they continue their crimes.
Love will win, it always does. I am more than willing to love my enemy, but they must stop being the enemy of love.
