There are several more $B as guarantees for Israel to get loans from private banks (no loss here.) In return Israel abstain from selling superior know-how to China & Russia (which cost much more than the US bribe) to assure Pentagon's superiority. USA pays Israel in kind - by selling weapons and giving money to Israel's enemies. $6B to pakistan, $12B to Afganistan, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, etc.

Without USA trillions to support EU banks, UK, Spain and France will do worse than Israel due to their level of socialism there.
