You're not missing much. He's just A BIG STATIST. Making new laws to control anything and everything is the only thing they can ever "produce".

It just so happens corporations are his present boogeyman for HIS superior morality.

If he REALLY despise immoral corporations he can always inspire himself with the Solyndra lesson : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solyndra#Government_support_and...
