I was lucky enough to visit Dr. Paul in DC on Thursday because of one of his wonderful staff. It was an amazing moment for me and my Son and while I sat in the front office waiting you could just feel the sadness of everyone. Don't get me wrong, they were still polite, funny and warmly professional...but you could plainly see that they knew that this was one of those "life changing" moments. Much like graduating from High School, College...or moving away from home for the first time.
Before I left I actually hugged them..because I couldn't help it. They were just so damn nice. And I have to tell you, I was really sad and down all the way home and all today..UNTIL this post...
This post made me realize that this is the tipping point. Dr. Paul isn't "part" of our Government anymore and so he's not there doing our work. It's time for us to step up our game. And now that he's free..I agree with what another poster said..."He's going to be a much bigger force."
Blessings and Positive Energy to each and every one of us..and of course to Dr. & Mrs. Paul.
I'm actually feeling more hopeful than I have in quite a while.
