Hey AJ, I am also an AJ

.. anyways..

Lucid Dreaming - many suggest to keep a notebook near your bed so that when you wake up you can immediately write down the images or things you saw and encountered. This way, you build up an awareness to common themes you see where possible.

If you have a photographic memory like myself, you may not need a notebook to recognize patterns. What you need to do when you realize "I am in a dream".. is NOT to influence your dream... but only to respond to it.

At first, it will be hard to observe your dream knowing you can change it.. like seeing those 3d images in books.. when you become aware, you tr to change or alter, DON'T.. just witness.

There are stages of awereness and so you have to work at each level to build a comfort stage.. lately, i have been welcoming all dreams including nightmares and its been a great experience to overcome subconscious fears.

They that give up liberty for security deserve neither.
