First off, I'm not an architect/engineer/demolitions expert. However,the thing that disturbs me (admittedly, as a layman) is that at the 14 second mark you start to see smoke coming from the windows on the upper floors toward the left hand side of the building. Then at the 21 second mark you start to see smoke coming from the windows toward the right side of the building. They all pop up in unison though. That reminds me of controlled demolition where there are flashes prior to the implosion.

Even if I'm wrong about that though, does it make sense that the building kind of disintegrated rather than falling over? Also I think it was WTC5 that had much stronger looking fires (to me at least) and was hit by a falling tower but didn't collapse.
