He will be age eligible in 2016. He will attract many young voters, of which Ron Paul will be speaking to at colleges after January (Ron himself has stated that it will be the young generation that will take over the party). Justin is strong on the Constitution, and has a very solid voting record. He won his 2nd term, where it is heavily democrat.
