Of course I'm okay with their right to choose no vaccination
This isn't even negotiable.
But as a student of science and medicine I don't want people to base their decision on fear-mongering or pseudoscience. There is plenty of fear-mongering on both sides. The CDC, FDA, NIH and big Pharma are guilty of disinformation and the politicization of science, but so are many of the opponents, particularly celebrity doctors such as Dr. Oz and Mercola and activists like Mike Adams.
I have spent and continue to spend much effort studying immunology, and in my opinion the science supports the benefits of vaccination (even though I personally feel some biomedical scientists are getting carried away and spending too much effort on vaccinations instead of other medical approaches).
I should add I despise the attitude of public health care officials and this mass medication obsession.
