Nice cop goes out of his way to purchase a pair of $100 shoes for a homeless man only to later find out the man ditched the shoes because being shoeless is an essential aspect of his profession--begging. Haha the homeless guy's daily revenues probably took a huge hit when he was standing there begging in a pair of brand spankin' new sketchers.
