BTW, the WTC most certainly required energy in, in order for it to fall in the way it did. There was no resistance from lower floors, and even if the top 1/8th was to fall one storey, it would loose energy as it disintegrated and certainly could not destroy all the lower floors. ... And this is if you do assume that a fire can destroy or weaken the internal structure, which it cant. It was as all high rise building are, designed to withstand larger fires than this. Steel does not melt in fire.
