Lets just say I walked into Building 7 that morning BEFORE

I don't understand what all the brew-ha-ha is about. The building fell. What I'm not understanding is this:

Let's just say I walked into Building 7 that morning BEFORE anything happened. Like it was a normal day going to work. You mean to tell me that that building was so unstable that it may have just pummeled me on the head - Just like that - if a fire started in someone's trash can and took over an office or part of the basement or anywhere in the building? And You are telling me that that building was considered safe in the first place?

OR

Are you saying that the building was designed to collapse and pummel me on the head in the event of a fire?

I'm confused.
