yes, but..
anyone who appears in a cell phone photo will likely
have their image recorded - location, time & etc.
Even if you don't know the people in the picture you
can bet Facebook, the NSA etc. *do*.
They probably are aware of relationships you have
that you are not even aware of yourself.
For example, since they track cell phone locations,
if you passed in close proximity to someone on a regular
basis, this would be known to the system even if the
individuals themselves were completely unaware of the
other's existence.
Also, if they can/are collecting this information images,
are not they likely also doing so for voices? Your voice
is likely identifiable and any time it is picked up even in
the background of someone else's phone conversation
could be used in the same manner as they apparently use
images...
