Do not oversimplify

Had US, after winning ground operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, 1) withdrew; 2) secured the oil fields to receive reparations to cover the war costs; 3) forced Kuwait to pay for the first Iraq war expenses, THEN with 90c/gal gas, economy might had been still rocking.

Few would care about the war, drones, Ron Paul, individual liberty.
