What part of the US Constitution says Congress shall pass no law infringing the right to keep and bear arms, except for a past drug conviction?
I can't find it.
I'd love to know what happens in states were drugs become legal now, and someone has a drug conviction for the past. Disbarred from carrying guns for a crime that no longer exists?
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
