I don't know what he would have done. Personally, Justin and Rand aside, I feel that no amendment should have been written. If it was me, I would have demanded that Section 1021 be STRICKEN.

Rand promoted and drilled the amendment. For the neo's who watch tv, it was enough and it was accomodating. Justin made it fully known that it didn't go far enough, and that we should never accept anything less than the Bill of Rights. For this reason alone, though there are others, I feel that Justin speaks Liberty louder and clearer. This is the vetting process that I do.
