You can't ignore the fact it reached target way too high.

It approached from the west and initiated the turn prior to reaching the Pentagon, but within visual sight. The impact was on the side of approach, not the other side.
According to airline captain Phillip Marshall, who studied the flight recorder and the radar track, they are in sync.
