I don't think he was calling for "death to all Americans"

I don't think he was calling for "death to all Americans". From what I read, it seemed like he was specifically calling out the people who committed the atrocities.

As an aside, we don't even know if he meant it literally or if he was just lashing out in a moment of anger.
