Nah it just the shouting match before the real battle

One side shouts at the other to make them aware of their power a tactic to avoid the real conflict. The calm before the storm.
I think its about sending louder and louder messages so the future installed political puppets will not be as willing to sell their souls for a Rothschild false debt curency.
