I am think that with Ron

I am think that with Ron Paul's Sanctity of Life Act and the Constitution 14th Amendment that the states would have to protect the lives of the unborn. If I am understanding correctly that was Dr. Paul’s intent. Roe v Wade actually took state rights away to not have abortion.

Ron Paul's 2011 Sanctity of Life Act :
(1) the Congress declares that--
(A) human life shall be deemed to exist from conception, without regard to race, sex, age, health, defect, or condition of dependency; and
(B) the term ‘person’ shall include all human life as defined in subparagraph (A); and
(2) the Congress recognizes that each State has the authority to protect lives of unborn children residing in the jurisdiction of that State.
You are right. Abortions will happen regardless and should definitely not be on the taxpayer's dime. I am wondering with Obamacare just how that is going to work.
