Good question!
The only "good" thing (well, assuming it was safe) is that it comes with an "EXACT DOSAGE METER." That's a far cry from the flouride in water - with no control whatsoever over dosage amount. Depending on how much water they drink, a 40 lb. 5-year could be getting multiple-times the dosage of a 100-lb 12-year old or 150-lb adult. That alone is reason not to have fluoridated water: there is no way to control the dose.
