what he actually said was clear "He (as the consumer), does not want ads" -- He didn't say, "I don't want you to make a profit," what he was saying was "he" will not watch/read if there are ads -- that IS consumer-will.
Now if he formed a union of voters to block ads via gov't fiat, then he would be a socialist -- voting and lobbying (now that's socialism friend).
