one of those people who like to argue by putting words in the mouths of others. Nowhere did I say "official' when it comes to the U.S. language. BTW... what was said in the nomination letter was this:

"I made the case that “we don’t have a dictator” in reference to President Obama subverting Constitutional law."

Doesn't seem to have the same meaning as you stated.
