I am certainly not informed or competent enough on the big figures and secret spreadsheets and books, but I'd still kindly suggest :

1. to cut by a factor TEN or A HUNDRED the size of government and its public "services" FIRST,

2. and, THEN, to see which tax rate remains as deemed necessary (if any)
